Our New Project

I have some exciting news! Matt, myself, and some of our family, are tackling a big project this summer and fall… we are renovating a cape cod style home from top to bottom! Since Matt and his uncle are doing most of the construction themselves, the house won’t be ready to sell until late fall. It is a very big project and I plan on sharing updates with you along the way…

Here is what the house looked like when it was listed…

As you can see, there is some work to do!! The main floor has awkward hallways and a small kitchen. There are only 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. The 2nd level isn’t finished, didn’t even have insulation (what?). The basement is not very friendly (I really don’t like old basements). Despite all of the problems, we could see that this house had tons of potential! With the massive lot, you feel like you are in the country but you are in the city.

Can’t wait to show you the floor plans next week!
